What can be better than making a difference in someone’s life even for the length of a song? If you ask Andrea L’Amy, her answer would be “not much”. Andrea L’Amy has performed throughout the tri-state area singing oldies, pop, jazz, show tunes and the in-between. When she was not running her own band, she could be found in front of a big band orchestra singing songs from the great American songbook. Andrea has also performed on local theater stages such as Haddonfield Plays and Players in Haddonfield, NJ and Theater Horizon in Norristown, PA. She continues to perform at private events as well as wineries, restaurants and such.

Arlyn is a seasoned and powerful vocal artist. Her repertoire covers a variety of musical styles and genres. Classically trained, with a theatre background, she sings it all. She is a hard-driving blues and rock belter, a smooth and soulful R&B vocalist, and performs Broadway favorites with showstopping humor and stamina. For almost 20 years she was the powerhouse lead vocalist of Philadelphia’s legendary blues band, The Dukes of Destiny, headlining at World Cafe Live, the Philadelphia Folk Festival, Jamey’s House of Music, and blues festivals in the tri-state area. She was a vocalist with Patti LaBelle’s Boom Boom Choir, featured on NBC’s Clash of the Choirs, on the television program “Living it Up with Patti LaBelle”, and at Caesars Palace. She was a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist in bluegrass band Rootology with local legend Wanamaker Lewis, and with long-lived rock-and- roll vaudeville project, Johnny’s Dance Band. Her expression, finesse and musical interpretation is evident whether she is crooning an Ella Fitzgerald tune, belting out Aretha Franklin, or sassing up the place with Bette Midler. One of Arlyn’s specialties is a cabaret-style performance, immersive and intimate, captivating and commanding, torchy and energetic.

Philadelphia’s hottest stride and ragtime piano
Brennen Ernst is a pianist, guitarist, and banjoist living in Philadelphia, PA. Since first hearing the ragtime music of Scott Joplin at 8 years old, he has been amassing a wealth of knowledge of twentieth century American music such as Jazz, Swing, Country, Bluegrass, Old Time, and Western Swing. Building on a formidable stride piano technique, he has become a first call pianist in the Philadelphia and New York hot jazz scenes, appearing with luminaries such as Jon-Erik Kellso, Dennis Lichtman, Mike Davis, and Ricky Alexander. Brennen is especially noted for his interpretations of James P. Johnson, Jelly Roll Morton, and Scott Joplin. Also an accomplished swing and country guitarist (and sometimes banjoist), Brennen plays in Philadelphia-based Hawaiian swing band “Slowey and the Boats”, with Philly hot Jazz expert Drew Nugent and the Midnight Society, as well as with the Virginia-based Old Time and Western Swing outfit, Five Mile Mountain Road.

Jade Anaiah Wesley has been hailed for her “deep rich tone” and having a “very expressive and engaging” stage presence by Voice Faculty from Southeastern University and the University of Montevallo. She is internationally awarded across the United Kingdom and around the United States including New York, Dallas, and Washington D.C for musical theatre and classical. Wesley is studying Vocal Performance with a focus in Violin at the University of North Texas College of Music. Originally from Glassboro, NJ, Wesley started her studies at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University in Orchestral Music Education and Violin Performance before transferring to UNT.
Oscars Morning Special singing Oscar-nominated and winning songs. Recently, she made her festival debut in April performing at Eclipse Utopia with Australian Violinist Ally Hocking Howe. Wesley will also be performing in the Jazz Aspen Festival in the newly made Afro-Cuban Session.
Wesley made her professional orchestra debut in Leon Lacey’s Black Tie Cinematic Symphony. Here, she played Violin II with renowned gospel and inspirational artists including Yolanda Adams, Donald Lawrence, and Iyanla Vanzant.

Kelsey Brown is a vocalist and pianist based out of the South Jersey area. She has been a professional performer for years, performing at venues such as The Kimmel Center in Philadelphia and the musical theatre club 54 Below in New York City. Her musical inspirations include Carole King, Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac, and Paul McCartney of The Beatles, and the music from the 1960’s – 1980’s is the era she loves to play most. Kristian Paradis is an internationally known performer, composer, and teacher of the Caribbean Steel Pan (also known as the steel drums). He is the musical director of the Philadelphia Pan Stars Steel Orchestra and the Plenty Pepper Steel Band. He was the director of Steel Bands at the University of Delaware, where he taught for 15 years, and a member of the United States Navy Band. He has played for audiences around the globe, including appearances with symphony orchestras in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and with some of the world’s most prestigious steel bands in the Caribbean.

Robert Patterson is a retired chemist who has been playing the accordion since the age of seven. He is a member of the Accordion Pops Orchestra, where he serves as midi accordionist, and the Ensemble of Hope, which consists of five accordions, a string bass, and a drummer.
